Who are you?

I think that most people would agree that personality is one of the most important assets we have; I definitely feel this to be true. It’s ironic that in trying to achieve more, things become tougher for us with society putting the pressure on us all.

I felt very similar. Not being good enough, facing my “faults” and weaknesses constantly trying to cover with my achievements or faking to be someone else. I was desperately searching for the job where I could finally fit it. You know that feeling when you belong somewhere.

No wonder I couldn’t fit in when I was trying to become someone else.  I was obsessed with searching for what’s wrong with me and constantly looking for how could I fix it.  How could I fix myself?! Can you relate?

Maybe you are going through the same or similar feelings. Not being good enough, not loveable, not having enough… you name it. Core limiting beliefs which shows up in our life in different forms and shapes.

You are already perfect!

I felt the same. I was constantly searching and chasing something and even had no idea what I was looking for. My search have eventually turned into my mission because I finally got answers I was looking for.

I am perfect as I am! So you are! There was nothing wrong with me or will be. So with you. I know, I know. It’s easy to say and I wouldn’t believe others if I hadn’t done work on myself.

It’s one thing to read it mentally and the other one it’s really get it, feel it, live it and open your heart to its truth.

Your thoughts are not YOU

That’s why I am so passionate to share this important message – truth with others. No matter what you are looking for, where you are right now, what color is your skin or what is your age, position, you are perfect as you are.

All you have to do is to become the real you again. Accept yourself as you are. Love yourself for who you are. With all your strengths and imperfections you have. You are all. You have it all.

By now you are probably wondering how to get there. As I mentioned it’s a process and it requires some work on yourself.

We live in the feeling of our thinking. It all comes down to beliefs = thoughts we keep thinking. Some may be empowering, some are limiting and some are neutral.

4 Powerful questions

The moment you dare to question your thoughts, the transformation begins. Below is a powerful exercise I use with my clients too – 4 powerful questions used from Katie Byron to ask yourself each time you experience limiting beliefs causing you the pain:

  1. Is it true?
  2. Can you absolutely know that’s true?
  3. How do you react when you believe that thought?
  4. Who would you be without that thought?

I have answered my questions. Isn’t it time for you to ask yourself these questions and discover that it’s just your thought keep limiting you and that you can easily choose the empowering thought instead? Because you are truly perfect as you are.
