What is EARTHING?

Earthing or grounding, is nothing new – it’s simply reconnecting with nature and yet, it feels like we have forgotten what it feels like. Imagine walking barefoot on the grass, feeling the earth beneath you, or getting your hands in the dirt. It’s as simple as that, BUT it’s deep and more powerful than you know.

Why do we need it?
